Tue.21.Mar.06 : Skiptracer Over and Out
Our new record is finally done! It has 8 songs and is available to buy now on the fantasticly unrelated - faux discx label for £5. There are 200 copies, It has lovely artwork involving skiers and planes, with vinyl looking cds. woot! you can listen to some songs from it on our myspace page. We are playing @ the cavern on march 29th for one big album launch celebration / final show with Encyclopedia and Meet Me in St Louis, before saying our farewells.
Imran is leaving Exeter and moving back to St Albans on April 2nd so no singer = no band. We will miss him greatly but it has been a decision looming for a long time and after finally making this album, it seems like the natural end to skiptracer. I'm sure we'll all be back soon in new and exciting bands making sillier music with sillier people. We've had an amazing time and thank anyone reading this for taking an interest in our band. We love you!
